Refund policy

We try our best not to disappoint any of our supportive customers, we are a friendly UK based team - so please do make sure you contact us if you experience ANY issues with your ordered YRMC products. We are here to help.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your un-used item to request a return.

To be eligible for a no-longer wanted item return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused.

To start a return, you can contact us via our Contact page stating your original order number (#YRMC-XXXX), your name & address so we can locate your information and ordered products.

Please note that any problems found with supplied products must be photographed and sent to our e-mail address as above.

If your return is accepted, dependent on the item - we will supply a full refund for you item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and used stickers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept  no-longer wanted unused item returns on sale / discounted items.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as possible once we’ve received your return request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We may offer a partial refund dependent on the issue in hand and replacement items at our discretion. We are happy to work with our customers to agree on a suitable solution. If any refund is fully approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
